This section runs through Mästocka on a variety of roads and paths past Killebergssjön and Mejeribacken, before reaching the 18th-century farm Bollaltebygget. The trail takes in an old stone bridge, a gravel ridge called an esker, lakes, and a burial cairn before heading over the Krokån suspension bridge into Prästaskogen nature reserve. Krokån has a campsite, picnic areas and an old mill. The section ends at the bus stop in the centre of Knäred. There is also a campsite in Västralt, about 2 km south of Knäred.
