Sleeping Outdoors
For those who want to experience true wilderness life, there is at least one, sometimes two, campsites with shelters at every stage destination where you can spend the night.
You will need a sleeping bag and a sleeping pad for this. Each shelter accommodates 4–5 adults. Nearby every shelter, you’ll find a fireplace and a dry toilet. Firewood is available at most shelters but may be gone or removed due to fire risk. Trash bins are available at some shelters; if not, please take your waste with you.
More detailed information about each campsite can be found under the description of each stage.
